PAGE Phil Passed away peacefully at the Royal Berkshire Hospital on 15th November 2021 aged 82 years. Husband of Pat, dad to Jayne and Gary, father-in-law to Rachel and grandad to Amelia, Owen, Ellen and Mia. Funeral service to be held at West Berkshire Crematorium on Tuesday 7th December at 1pm.
