CHADWICK Derek on 2nd December 2021, peacefully at Katharine House Hospice, aged 81. Beloved husband of Eileen and much loved father of Jonathan and Jeremy, father-in-law, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. Cremation on 20th December at 1.45pm at Reading/Caversham crematorium.
