FAULKNER Phillip Henry Passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on 16th December 2021, aged 87 years. Reunited with his beloved wife Brenda. Much loved Father to Stephen, Alan and Janet, father in law to Lynda and Grandpops to Georgina, Holli, Lydia, Ryan, Katie and Jayden. Phil will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Funeral Service to be held at Reading Crematorium, West Chapel on Thursday 13th January at 12.45. Donations in memory of Phil to Alzheimer's and Dementia Support Services and Adoption UK.
