SUMMERS Jacqueline Ann Passed away peacefully at Royal Berkshire Hospital on Sunday 1st May, aged 78. Beloved wife to Bill, Mum to Julie and Michelle, Mother-in-law to Alun, Nanny to Leah, Karis, Luke, Callum and Joe and Great-nanny to Elias. Jacqueline will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral will be held at Reading Crematorium South Chapel on Wednesday 18th May at 10.45am. Family flowers only. Donations to the ICU department at Royal Berks may be made at www.abwalker.co.uk
