HOUSE Patricia Passed away peacefully at Royal Berkshire Hospital on 24th June, aged 78. She was a much-loved mum, nan, nan-nan and a devoted friend. She will be deeply missed by all her family and friends. There will be a funeral service at Reading Crematorium South Chapel on Tuesday 19th July at 11:30am.
