JORDAN Patricia Heidi (Nee Spokes) Passed away peacefully after a long illness on 22nd September 2022, aged 73 Years. A wonderful and deeply loved wife, mother and grandmother, she will be missed by everyone who knew her. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday 14th October in the South Chapel, Reading Crematorium at 2.30pm.
