PHILLIPS Sally Peacefully passed away at the Duchess Of Kent Hospice on Friday 10th March 2023 aged 80 years. Dearly loved Wife to Michael, Dad to Jo and Rob and Grandma to Ollie, Rylee and Callan. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Funeral Service will be held at Reading Crematorium West Chapel on Thursday 30th March at 11:15am. Family flowers only please.
