BRATHWAITE Herb /Herbie. Dr (D.D.S.). Died 14.03.2023 aged 88. No flowers please. Donations, if wished, to Save the Children. Funeral to be held at Reading Crematorium. RG4 5LP, on Wednesday 5th of April at 2.30pm Herb died peacefully with his wife and son at his side.

I learned yesterday of Herb’s passing from the Beech Lane practice. My children and I always talk of Herb fondly.. he’s was a great dentist and he had such a wonderful sense of humour. Heartfelt condolences to Sylvia and his son.

So sad to hear of Herbs passing this evening from current dentist at Beech Lane dental practice. I was his dental nurse 34 years ago and still take my children there now.
Herb was a real character and loved his job, everybody had a good laugh about something when they came in for an appointment.

I am so sorry to hear that Dr Brathwaite has passed away. Whenever I had contact with him (TVPCA/FHSA/FPC) he was always so gentlemanly & polite. A joy to deal with and to assist.
