TARLETON Patricia Clare Passed peacefully away on 15th May 2023 Aged 88 years Dear wife to the late Victor, much loved mum to Christopher and Jennifer, mother-in-law to Pam and Paul and grandma to Jessica, Alan, James and Thomas. She will be sadly missed by all her family, friends and fellow dog walkers. Funeral service to be held at Reading Crematorium, South Chapel on Thursday 8th June at 2:30pm. Family flowers only please.
