ADAMS Peter Alan Charles Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones at Duchess of Kent Hospice on Sunday 27th August 2023. Much loved Husband to Anne. Father to Chris, Jeff and Daughter Sam. Grand Father to Shane, Hannah and JJ. Peter will be sadly missed by his Family and friends. Funeral service will be held at Christ Church, Reading on Monday the 18th of September at 12:45 pm.
