TAPKEN Ray It is with heavy hearts that we announce Ray Tapken passed away on the 22nd January at the age of 82. As Director of Berkshire Association of Boys and Girls Clubs, now Berkshire Youth, from 1973 to 1999 Ray was a great supporter of the network of voluntary and part-time youth clubs across the county of Berkshire, Ray was a great believer in investing in youth leadership and celebrating the huge role the community played in providing a network for young people to thrive. He will be sadly missed by so many of the community and his colleagues at Berkshire Youth. Funeral Service: 26th February 2024, 12 Noon at Reading Minster, St Mary's Butts, Reading RG1 2LG
