Dot Banks Sadly passed away at Wexham Park Hospital on the 9th May 2014. Loving Mum, Nanny, Aunt and Sister. Will be very sadly missed by Keith, Paul and all family and friends. The funeral will be on Friday 23rd May 2014, 11am at Slough Crematorium. Donations can be made at The Crematorium or online to Lewis Angels Team Page for Cancer Research.
