A CHARITY which provides confidential support to young people has received a helping hand.
The Rotary Club of Reading Abbey presented a cheque worth £1,000 to No5 Young People's Counselling Service.
It is thought the donation will be used to help deliver six mental health workshops at secondary school level.
The charity said: "Working with local clubs and groups is really important to us all here at No5 and so we really appreciate all of their hard work and dedication to fundraising for us."
The funds were presented by president Sue Roberts and Paul Webster, the community service chairman at the rotary club.
No5 offers confidential listening to support children and young people, through a free counselling service for those aged 10-25 in the Reading area.
