Arrest made after man suffers broken jaw in town centre altercation
AN arrest has been made after an assault in Reading town centre left a man with a broken jaw.
The incident happened outside Perfect Chicken and Ribs on St Mary’s Butts on March 4.
The victim, a man in his 20s, suffered a broken jaw and attended hospital.
Thames Valley Police have arrested a 19-year-old man from Reading on suspicion of Section 18 Grievous bodily harm. He has been released under investigation.
Police are continuing to investigate the altercation.
