GRIEVING relatives have released a picture of a policeman killed near Reading on Thursday.
PC Andrew Harper, a roads policing officer from Abingdon Police Station, died after attempting to stop a burglary between Reading and Newbury.
The 28-year-old newlywed was married to his wife, Lissie just four weeks ago.
His family have shared an image of PC Harper on his wedding day.
Thames Valley Police shared on their social media the image of PC Harper, which said: "The family of PC Andrew Harper is releasing this image of him.
"They kindly ask that their privacy is respected during this difficult time."

Police launched a murder investigation following the death of PC Harper on Thursday, August 15.
PC Andrew Harper was struck by a car and dragged under the vehicle for some distance, before being hit by another car 10 boys and men, aged between 13 and 30 were arrested.
On Friday night, police officers raided the Four Corners travellers' site in West Berkshire as part of the murder investigation.
The suspects remain in police custody in police stations across the Thames Valley.
