THREE teenagers have been charged with the murder of PC Andrew Harper, UK prosecutors say.
Henry Long, 18 from Reading and two 17-year-old boys who cannot be named for legal reasons, have been charged with murder and conspiracy to steal a quad bike on August 15.
Thomas King, 21 has also been charged with conspiracy to steal a quad bike.

PC Andrew Harper from the Roads Policing Proactive Unit based at Abingdon Police Station was attending a reported burglary and was killed while performing his duties.
The 28-year-old officer died after he was allegedly dragged along a road by a vehicle in Sulhamstead, Berkshire on August 15.

Jed Foster, 20 from Reading has also been charged with murder and is remanded in custody.
He is due to appear at Reading Crown Court on January 20.
