Following the theft, a GoFundMe page was set up by Emma, a friend of Tracey, who explained Tracey is "heartbroken".
She added: "This bike is Tracey’s independence.
"It allows her to be able to get to work, church, shops etc, but more importantly to be reliant on herself."
So far, £1,028 of their £900 target has been raised but any additional donations will go towards buying a lock and insurance.
Emma added: "All donations will be gratefully received.
"Thank you for your love and support."
