Named after Ms Sears' cat, Orsino's sells freshly baked pastries such as croissants and cakes, each morning.
The cafe is also vegan friendly serving homemade breakfast bars.
Ms Sears explained she has adopted a sustainable approach to running her business and only 100% compostable disposables are used.
She said: "We all know the planet is unable to cope with our terrible plastic waste, and as a small business owner I believe I am responsible for taking as much pressure off the consumer as possible regarding best environmental practice."

Orsino's offers customers 20p off of their drinks if they bring their own reusable cups to reduce the use of disposables.
Ms Sears has also worked hard to reduce wastage which involves carefully planning how much food to cook each day.
She explained any food left over is given away and not binned.
Running a cafe has been a "lifelong dream" of Ms Sears who revealed business has been going well since they opened.
She said: "The people that use Tilehurst station are so friendly.
"There is a real sense of community and I think this is what I’m talking about when I say running a café is charming – it brings people together for a moment in the mornings – when you’re tired, fed up, it’s way too early, you have a really long day ahead, you’re in a rush – there is that time that can be set aside to say hello and get a nice drink and a snack."
She added: "I would love to say a HUGE thank you to all our customers for their support since we set up.
"To any potential customers, we welcome you!
"Our café is not just for commuters.
"Come see us and pick up a loyalty card – collect the stamps and get a free coffee with a completed card.
"If that doesn’t make you smile the cute picture of my cat on the front will."
The cafe is open Monday to Friday from 6.30am until 10.30am.
