Located on the riverside at the Oracle Centre, the town's go-to destination for a night on the tiles will boast deluxe décor full of bright and bold botanical prints, neon hues, plush velvet fabrics and flashes of gold throughout.
General manager of the Reading branch, Natalie Cooke, said: "We are just like a family working here, and that's the vibe we want to give off with this new look.
"Our aim is to just make people smile - we want people to be able to make memories here and look back and think 'what a fun night that was' with lots of pictures to remind them.
"We are trying to build a culture of people who can experience what we do and make, knowing what we stand for as a team that is more like family."

Dark timbers complement art deco-inspired fixtures, whilst festoon lighting creates a dramatic aesthetic and warm illumination across the entire bar.
Bookable birdcage booths decorated with cherry blossom will provide a VIP experience for lunches, dinners or drinks with the girls, whilst the installation of neon signs and a selfie wall will make every night out ‘instaglamable’ and make finding that all-important backdrop for an Instagram post easy.
The bar’s brand-new cocktail masterclass station will also provide picture-perfect moments, allowing customers to experience fully interactive cocktail-making classes that will get every girl’s night out off to a great start.
From Pornstar and Espresso Martinis to Brambles and the classic Mojito, it will be the first choice for any celebration, be it hen-parties, birthdays or simple get-togethers.

Natalie added: "We like people to be a part of what we do - the cocktail corner masterclass gets everyone involved and adds to our family-like atmosphere."
Those who don't want to make their own can sit in one of the stylish booths and enjoy Slug and Lettuce’s famous cocktail menu, which includes Piña Coladas served in golden pineapples, refreshing spritzes, classic cocktail and signature Pornstar Martinis.
Groups can also try one of Slug and Lettuce’s famous cocktail trees, filled with Cosmopolitans, Pimms, French Martinis and more, they are an absolute must for every night out.
The menu is home to a host of gorgeous dishes that include everything from slow-cooked beef bao buns to a tempting salmon superfood salad.
Vegetarians and vegans won’t be disappointed either, as there are now twelve options to choose from.
Highlights include the smoky soya sloppy joe tostada (vegan smoky bacon-flavoured crumb, Violife cheese, crispy onions, peppers and vegan mayo), the moving mountains burger (b12 plant-based patty in a beetroot bun) and the clean-eating chickpea and kale salad.
Natalie said: "As we enter the festive season, we are also taking Christmas bookings – so anyone looking for the best deals and a great place to celebrate need look no further!”
To celebrate the grand opening, Slug and Lettuce will be hosting a VIP Launch night from 6pm on Thursday, November 21, where the first 100 guests to RSVP will be treated with a glass of fizz on arrival and canapes, plus entertainment throughout the evening.
