Cafe Rouge will be turned into a Japanese restaurant, Osaka
A NEW Japanese bar and restaurant is coming to the Oracle.

Osaka will replace Cafe Rouge by the riverside which closed earlier this year.

A planning application requesting changes to the exterior of the unit has been approved by Reading Borough Council.
It is unclear when the restaurant will open but the Facebook page, Osaka Reading UK, uploaded a picture of Japanese food with '#comingsoon' on November 7.
