COMMUTERS were caught in severe early morning traffic this morning following emergency gas works in Pangbourne Hill and Station Road.
The repairs led to temporary traffic systems, which caused delays to drivers.
A West Berkshire Council spokeswoman said: "A three-way traffic system was set up but will soon be taken down so that traffic can flow again.
"It will be put back tonight or at a later date, but not during rush hour."
