A TEENAGE driver has been caught red-handed as the Mercedes he was driving stormed past police on the M4 at 129mph.
Thames Valley Roads Policing team said the 17 year old was driving the Mercedes between J11 for Reading and J12 for Theale.
The car raced past a police car, a BMW, when it reached 129mph on the 50mph stretch of road.
It happened Christmas Eve.

The force tweeted out dashcam footage of the speeding, showing the driver whizzing along at more than 100mph for almost a minute while police follow.
Police ended their tweet with 'driver reported to court'.
