Lane closed in M4, traffic in Reading
DRIVERS are stuck in heavy traffic on the M4 in Reading this morning.
Traffic has been slowed down to an average speed of five miles an hour, due to a lane closure on the M4.
A car has broken down westbound from J11 A33 Basingstoke Road (Reading) towards J12 A4 Bath Road (Theale).
Delays at this time are expected to be around 15 minutes.
