The independent restaurant and bar will serve dishes "inspired from the streets of Japan" such as sushi, ramen, Katsu curry and noodle soup.
The restaurant's website explains they "use food to bring the community together" describing their restaurant as "a place like no other".
It reveals "Osaka is all about humanity" and they "believe food is one of the best tools to create meaningful connections regardless of age, race or gender".
As well as sitting down to eat, customers can also enjoy drinks in the bar area and light bites.
Andy Briggs, General Manager at The Oracle, said: "We are delighted to welcome Osaka to our restaurant offering at The Oracle.
"We know that our customers want to experience something unique and different each time they visit and dine with us, and Osaka will be a great addition to the centre.”
The restaurant is open Sunday to Monday 11am until 11pm and Friday and Saturday from 11am until 11.30pm.
