A PARAGLIDER had to be rescued from a tree by fire crews from Newbury and Whitley Wood.
Teams were called to the 'challenging' rescue after the thrill-seeker became stuck at the top of a large tree yesterday (February 5).
Pictures posted by Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service (RBFRS) show the woman's parachute caught in the branches as a crane is lifted towards the treetops in Membury Services.
