General manager Stacey Minnell-Gault gave the Reading Chronicle a sneak preview of the pub ahead of its reopening.
She explained the pub is called 'The Boundary' because it is on the boundary of the new town and old town.
She is urging people to "come down and get some of the wow factor" when they open their doors to the public.
The pool table accepts contactless card payments.
Customers can pre-order 30 litres of beer (around 50 pints) to pour themselves at their leisure.
They can also enjoy watching tv, including sports games, as every seating booth has its own tv screen.
The outdoor seating area now has two beach huts for customers to sit in.
The pub will be offering karaoke nights every Thursday, a DJ every Friday and Saturday and a Quiz night on Sundays.
The opening hours are 10am until midnight Sunday to Thursday and 10am until 2am on Friday and Saturday.
