A DRUG user was arrested after being stopped in Whitley when police spotted illegal 'L' plates and an illegal number plate.
Pictures posted in a Tweet by TVP Roads Policing show a bike with a fake 'L plate' a the front.

The rider also tested positive on a drug wipe.
