POLICE are making a renewed appeal for witnesses after a man died following a crash on one of the main roads into Reading.

A 41-year-old man from Wallingford died was killed on Monday, March 2, when at approximately 8.35pm there was a collision involving a blue Fiat Panda, a grey Fiat Punto and a black Ssangyong Roidus on the A4074 at the junction with the B4526 Deadmans Lane, Goring Heath.

The collision caused serious injuries to the man, and tragically, he passed away at the scene.

Investigating officer PC Kate Bishop of the Serious Collision Investigation Unit based at Bicester, said: “I am again appealing to anybody who was travelling along the A4074 or the B5426 immediately prior to or at the time of the collision to please come forward.

“I am keen to speak to anybody who witnessed this collision or who may have dash-cam footage from the area at around the time of the collision.

“Sadly, a man died of his injuries and his next of kin have been made aware and are being supported by officers.
