It comes after other mass gatherings including London Marathon and Brighton Marathon have been postponed.
The move follows governments advice to dealing with the coronavirus outbreak after the COBRA meeting on Thursday.

That same day Reading Half Marathon organisers published a statement which said they are closely monitoring developments of the virus and noting all government guidance.
Race director Judith Manson said: "As of 12 March 2020, advice is that there is no need or medical justification for event cancellation or postponement. As such, we continue our efforts in the planning of the race, Sunday 5 April 2020.
"We are fully aware that the outbreak is continuously evolving and the uncertainty on the matter is challenging for all involved; we appreciate the hard work and efforts by all, but our main priority is the health and safety of race participants, spectators, volunteers, operation teams and partner agencies."
It added that it would be monitoring developments every hour.
