A DANCER from Caversham is going to be delivering free online dance fitness classes to people during the coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak.
Esme Campbell, 23, has decided to stream dance fitness classes to people who are self isolating or no longer able to attend exercise groups due to Covid-19.

She posted online yesterday morning asking people whether they would be interested in such classes and revealed the response has been "really overwhelming".
She said: “I’m so amazed how many people have come together and thought it’s a great idea.”
Esme is hoping to run various classes aimed at children, adults and the elderly through Facebook Live.
She believes "a healthy mind is a healthy body" and explained the classes are "for the community to keep everybody happy and smiling at a tough time".

She explained she will be creating a timetable this weekend and hopes to start classes next week.
Esme added: "Maybe when this is all over we can strive to all meet in a local hall or a park in the summer and do this actually together.
"Let’s keep hopeful."
