Launchpad
Following the Covid-19 outbreak, Launchpad is launching the 'here for you' telephone service for anyone in need of support, whether you have housing or homelessness issues or not.
If you are struggling and need a listening ear, or would like help accessing vital services in Reading, contact the team between 10.00am and 4.00pm, Monday to Friday on 0118 929 1111 or email support@launchpadreading.org.uk.
Please note, the 'here for you' telephone service aims to help the local community with signposting and emotional support during this pandemic - however, please note that Launchpad is unable to provide resources such as food packages and staff aren’t trained counsellors.
Healthwatch Reading
Healthwatch Reading has made changes to its service due to coronavirus. Their website explains the telephone helpline service and face-to-face drop-in service for the general public (which was running Monday to Friday) has stopped until further notice.
However, people can still contact the team via email, text or using the contact form on the website.
