Fairground comes to Reading for Easter holidays
The world's largest travelling vintage funfair visited Reading for the Easter holidays last year.
Carters Steam Fair arrived at Prospect Park offering fairground rides and attractions from the 1890s-1960s which had been lovingly restored and repainted using traditional techniques.
Unfortunately, the funfair will not be visiting Prospect Park this April due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Cheese fest returns to Reading

Perfect for cheese lovers, the festival offered food such as mac 'n' cheese, halloumi fries, posh cheesy chips, cheesy nachos and vegan cheese steaks.
