SHOCKING pictures show the results of unattended fires in the area during lockdown.
READING'S fire service has sent out a warning about starting bonfires following the incidents.
Newbury Fire Station posted a Tweet showing shocking photos of a damaged car following a fire in Turnpike.

The tweet read: "A busy night for green watch with an unattended bonfire on the A339 just before Headley and a shed fire in Turnpike which spread to a car.
"Please be mindful of not leaving bonfires unattended especially at this time #StayHomeSaveLives #BeResponsible."

Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service reposted the photos, saying: "Please don't have bonfires - they could go badly wrong and put extra pressure on your emergency services, as well as causing problems for those with respiratory illnesses."
