FOLLOWING the fatal shooting of a cat in Tilehurst, police are appealing for anyone with information to get in touch.
The one-year-old male ginger cat had been shot by an air rifle and was found in Keswick Close, Tilehurst on Monday (April 20).

It was taken to a vet for treatment but sadly was later put down.
Police believe the incident happened between on 6pm and 8pm, and would like to know if anyone has information which could help with the investigation.

The force want to hear from anyone who may have seen or heard something at the time, or anyone who has other details which could relate to the incident.
