A LEARNER driver who reportedly just bought a car has had it seized by police after being 'caught driving with no insurance and illegal tyres'.
TVP Roads Policing said they stopped a vehicle in Reading and found it had no insurance.
The force added the car had only been purchased the day before, and had no MOT plus two illegal tyres also.

A tweet from the force said: “Found to be purchased the day before, with driver having not got around to buying insurance yet."
It continued: “Also a learner driver with no L plates & #NoMot & 2 illegal tyres!"
The car has been seized and the driver has been reported to court.
