THE three teenagers accused of killing PC Andrew Harper have been found not guilty of murder.
PC Harper died when he was dragged to his death behind a car on August 15 in West Berkshire.
His ankles were caught in a tow rope and he was dragged for more than a mile at speeds of up to 40mph.
Today, at the Old Bailey, all three were cleared of murder but found guilty of manslaughter.
