POLICE have released a CCTV image after a car was stolen in Reading from a man in his eighties.
At 7.55pm on Tuesday, July 14, the victim parked his car, a grey Ford Focus, on Brunswick Street opposite The Forresters Arms pub, leaving the engine running while he went into the pub to pick up a friend.

The offender entered the pub and asked who had left their car on the road, then left the pub and drove away in the car.
Investigating officer PC Oliver Hawkins, based at Reading police station, said: "I am releasing this image as I believe that this man may have information that could help with my investigation.
"If you recognise this man, or think that it might be you, get in touch.
