The following cases appeared at Reading Magistrates' Court
July 23:
THOMAS RAWLINGS, 24, of Teviot Road, Reading, admitted trespassing on the railway lines at Tilehurst Railway Station on March 31, 2019. Given a conditional discharge for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
LUKE WATTS, 21, of Church Road, Earley, admitted criminal damage to a vehicle in Wokingham on December 7, 2019. Given a conditional discharge for six months. Also ordered to pay £100 compensation. Must also pay £21 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

SEANE CHASI, 46, of Cressingham Road, Reading, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis when asked by police in Reading on February 29, 2020. Sentenced to 20 weeks in prison due to severity of offence and 'persistent and consistent failure to comply with court orders'. Also ordered to pay £122 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 40 months.
ANTHONY LEMON, 56, of no fixed abode, convicted of assault by beating in Reading on April 26, 2020, and convicted of harassment in Reading by leaving notes on multiple occasions between May 4, 2020, or May 21, 2020. Sentenced to 12 weeks in prison due to previous record and also made subject to a restraining order. Also ordered to pay £120 victim surcharge.
July 24:
AAMIR AHMED, 39, of South Street, Reading, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment or distress in Reading on July 23, 2020. Ordered to pay £50 compensation.

GARETH PHILLIPS, 26, of Redwood Avenue, Woodley, admitted drug-driving in Badger Way, Woodley, on January 3, 2020. Found to have cannabis in his system. Fined £120. Also ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
ANNIKA JOHNSTON, 39, of Shackleton Way, Woodley, admitted drink-driving in Woodlands Avenue, Reading, on February 5, 2020. Found to have 131mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, the legal limit being 35mcg. Given a community order to comply with rehabilitation activity. Fined £733. also ordered to pay £90 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 36 months.
JORDAN LYDEN, 34, of Quantock Avenue, Reading, admitted drink-driving in Tavistock Road, Reading, on June 7, 2020. Found to have 93mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, the legal limit being 35mcg. Fined £833. Also ordered to pay £83 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 24 months.

JAMES HICKS, 30, of Ian Mikardo Way, Reading, admitted drink-driving in Ian Mikardo Way, Reading, on May 3, 2020. Found to have 87mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, the legal limit being 35mcg. Fined £400. Also ordered to pay £40 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.
TRAVIS RADBOURNE, 25, of Woodside, Newbury, admitted drink-driving in Ilkley Way, Thatcham, on May 5, 2020. Found to have 62mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, the legal limit being 35mcg. Fined £346. Also ordered to pay £35 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. disqualified from driving for 17 months.
ALFIE PRIOR, 19, of Coniston Close, Thatcham, admitted drug-driving in Andover Road, Newbury, on November 24, 2019. Found to have cannabis in his system. Fined £115. Also ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
