POLICE have taped off a road in Tilehurst overnight.
A cordon is currently in place along Westwood Road, near the Tilehurst Triangle.
Several police officers can be seen within the cordon which has closed off one end of the road.
The area cordoned off is the section between Victoria Road, by the Westwood Road Health Centre, along to the junction with School Road.
As a result of the road closure, some bus services have been disrupted.
Due to closure of Westwood Rd we are unable to serve Tilehurst triangle(W,V) on route 33.Please use Tilehurst Library stop instead.

A smaller area appears to be taped off within the cordon also.
It is not yet known what has happened, Thames Valley Police has been approached for comment.
