THE body of a man has been found in a garage in Whitley.
Police confirmed the man in his seventies was found in a garage in Newcastle Road last week.

On Monday, August 10, the force had launched an investigation and had cordoned off the block of garages with police tape.
Officers in a police van and car were spotted at the scene.

Thames Valley Police has since confirmed the police presence was due to the 'unexplained' death.
It added: "It’s being treated as unexplained but non-suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner."
