AN "erratic" driver who has "never held a driving licence" has been stopped by police in Reading.
TVP Roads Policing tweeted to explain the driver was stopped in Shinfield "due to some erratic driving in Arborfield & Spencers Wood".

The force added the driver was found to have no insurance and reportedly "has NEVER held a driving licence".
The police said the driver will get a court date in the post in the coming weeks.
