A teenager has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a man was stabbed in Reading last night.
Thames Valley Police has given an update following yesterday evenings knife attack in Coley Avenue.

At about 7.40pm on Saturday, September 19, a 44-year-old was stabbed in Coley Avenue, Reading.
He has stab wounds and has been taken to hospital.
The force said he is in a serious condition and is currently being treated.

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses who may have seen what happened yesterday evening.
The police are also treating this as an isolated attack.
A 17-year-old boy from Reading has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
Investigating officer, Detective Chief Inspector Emily Evans, said: “We are in the very early stages of this investigation and would like to speak to anyone who saw or heard anything in the area of Coley Avenue this evening.
“If you have CCTV in the area, please could you check this and if there is something significant please share this with police.
“A thorough investigation has begun and there will be an increased police presence in the area. Please stop and speak to the officers if you have any concerns or information.
“The incident is being treated as an isolated incident and the team of officers will work hard to find those responsible.
