THREE people have been taken to hospital following a crash which happened this morning.
South Central Ambulance Service explained teams were called to Southcote Lane at 5.08am this morning (September 25) to a crash involving one vehicle.
A spokesperson said: "We had on scene an ambulance officer, three ambulance crews and an ambulance doctor who were assessing and treating three patients.
"Two patients sustained non life threatening injuries and a third was in a serious condition.
"All three were taken to Royal Berkshire Hospital."
Thames Valley Police Roads Policing tweeted just before 8am to explain Southcote Lane is currently closed in both directions following a crash earlier this morning.

Police said collision investigation work is being carried out.

Just after 11am, police confirmed the road has now re-opened and no arrests have been made.
