A PERSON has passed away while at a Waitrose supermarket in Caversham.
Thames Valley Police confirmed emergency services were called over the death at the Church Street store yesterday (September 26).

It was reported about 6pm.
Waitrose has now confirmed it was an employee who has passed away.
A spokeswoman said: "We are deeply saddened by this news, our thoughts are with the family and friends at this very difficult time."
Police have said the death is being treated as 'unexplained' but not thought to be suspicious.

The force added that a file will be passed to the coroner.
