A VEHICLE was seized today on the Oxford Road after the driver was found to have no insurance and no licence.
Thames Valley Police (TVP) Roads Policing said the driver has been reported to court for both offences, adding that the car will likely go to the scrap heap.

TVP Roads Policing posted an image of the car on Twitter, saying: "Vehicle stopped on the #OxfordRoad in #Reading.
"Driver found to have #NoInsurance and #NoLicence.
"Vehicle seized and driver reported to court for both offences.
