The following cases were heard at Reading Magistrates’ Court:
September 21:
CLAUDIO CORDOMEANU, 26, of Martingale Chase, Newbury, admitted failing to comply with a community order by failing to attend unpaid work sessions on March 24, 2019, and March 31, 2019. Original offence in which a community order was made, an assault at Street Record, Market Place, Newbury, on December 12, 2017. Ordered to pay £75 court costs. Community order revised to include 130 hours unpaid work.

CALVIN WILLIAMS, 34, of Brunel Road, Southcote, admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements following release from imprisonment on August 3, August 13 and August 18. Fined £50. Also ordered to pay £60 court costs.
HAYDON LUCAS, 24, of Newtown Road, Newbury, admitted failing to comply with a community order made on July 18, 2019, by failing to attend appointments on December 10, 2019, and January 7. Fined £50. Also ordered to pay £75 court costs.
September 22:
AMANDA BASDEN, 40, of Coronation Square, Southcote, admitted stealing three polo shirts and three fleeces worth £645 from John Lewis in Reading on October 5, 2019. Also admitted failing to surrender to custody at Reading Magistrates Court on November 13, 2019. Also failed to comply with a community order made on May 30, 2019, by failing to attend appointments on February 10, February 14, February 19, and February 26. Previous offence which a community order was made, included stealing a packet of ice lollies from Aldi on Basingstoke Road, Reading, on May 11, 2019. Original offence also included assault by beating in Reading on May 11, 2019. Given a community order including rehabilitation activity requirements. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs.

ANTHONY FISHER, 46, of High Street, Theale, admitted assault by beating on August 7. Also admitted possession of cannabis in Theale on August 7. Given a community order including 100 hours unpaid work. Made subject to a restraining order. Also ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
DANIEL SPENCER, 31, of Oxford Road, Reading, admitted stealing alcohol and food items worth £294.44 total from Waitrose in Reading on September 11. Sentenced to eight weeks in prison suspended for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £122 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
SIMON DOMINEY, 47, of Russel Street, Reading, admitted remaining on or entering a premises in contravention of a closure order for nuisance or disorder on Pride Court, Edinburgh Road, Reading on June 21. Given a community order including rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £25. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs.
SABRENA SOWARKA, 40, of Basingstoke Road, Reading, admitted theft in a dwelling by stealing a bag containing a mobile phone, cigarettes and cash on July 26. Given a community order including a rehabilitation activity requirement. Made subject to a restraining order. Also ordered to pay £150 compensation.
PETER LUPAI, 25, of Franklin Street, Reading, admitted assault by beating in Reading on July 27. Fined £140. Also ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
September 23:
DEAN FLYNN, 34, of Church Road, Earley, admitted using threatening or abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment or alarm at Reading Station on February 22. Fined £300. Also ordered to pay £50 compensation and £85 court costs.
SARAH SAYER, 34, of Marchwood Avenue, Emmer Green, admitted stealing £60 cash from a person in Wokingham on November 15, 2019. Given a community order to comply with 100 hours unpaid work. Also ordered to pay £90 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

September 24:
SHAUN BURGESS, 31, of Crowfield Drive, Thatcham, admitted threatening to damage clothing in Hampshire on September 15, 2019. Also admitted destroying a wall in Hampshire on September 15, 2019, and admitted causing alarm or distress by using threatening or abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Hampshire on September 23, 2019. Given a conditional discharge for 12 months. Ordered to pay £50. Also ordered to pay £22 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
