ALMOST 250 people have tested positive for coronavirus at the University of Reading, latest figures show.
A total of 247 students and staff have tested positive for the virus according to figures released on the university's online Covid-19 dashboard today (November 9).

This is the running total of positive cases reported to the university by staff and students during the 20/21 academic year which began on September 28.
It includes cases that are no longer 'active'.
A total of 13 staff members have tested positive for Covid-19 and 234 students have tested positive too.
There has been one new case reported to the university in the last 24 hours.

The weekly total, which gives an indication of the number of current 'active' cases, stands at 22.
The website also details what happens when a student or staff member tests positive and support and advice available for students who are self-isolating.
