ROADWORKS are the bane of drivers' lives so to help you avoid them we have put together a list of works that are taking place in Reading and the surrounding areas this week which are likely to cause delays.

IDR Inner Relief Road
A lane will be closed until December 4 at 6pm.
This is so repair works can take place and overhanging vegetation can be cleared.
Queen's Road
Queen's Road will be closed from today (November 23) at 9.30pm until November 28 at 5.30am.
This is so Thames Water can carry out works.
Castle Hill
Castle Hill will be closed from today until November 25.
Gosbrook Road
Gosbrook Road will be closed until November 24 at 5pm.
Cholmeley Road
Cholmeley Road will be closed until November 26 at 4.30pm.

London Road
London Road will be closed until November 25 at 11.59pm.
Station Road, Theale
Traffic control is in place on Station Road until December 17 so that Thames Water can carry out works.
Hyde End Road, Spencers Wood
Traffic control is in place on Hyde End Road until December 11 so that Thames Water can carry out works.
Milestone Avenue, Charvil
Milestone Avenue is closed until December 9.
Burghfield Road
Burghfield Road will be closed from November 23 until November 24.
Crockhamwell Road, Woodley
Crockhamwell Road will be closed on November 24.
Headley Road, Woodley
Headley Road will be closed from November 23 until November 24.
A3290 Bravo, Earley
There will be a lane closure on the A3290 Bravo on November 24.
A3290 Alpha, Earley
A lane will be closed on the A3290 Alpha today.
London Road, Earley
A lane will be closed on London Road, Earley, from today until December 4.
Church Road, Earley
Traffic control will be in place on Church Road from November 25 until November 27.
Hermits Hill, Burghfield Common
Traffic control will be in place on Hermits Hill from today until November 27.
Bath Road, Calcot
A lane will be closed on Bath Road in Calcot from today until December 4.
