A former chain coffee shop at The Oracle shopping centre in Reading could become a botox and laser clinic.
The Oracle has found a new retailer to take over the vacant Unit 30 from Costa, which left the premises in January.
The new tenant will provide ‘cosmetic treatments such as laser treatments and botox injections’, according to the Oracle’s owners Hammerson.

Hammerson has submitted the application for a certificate of lawfulness for the shop’s use, as retail and health services now fall under the same class and so the change is permitted without a change of use application.
Costa Coffee will be replaced by a new branch planned on Broad Street and Reading will still have more than a dozen Costas.
