A DRIVER in Reading was arrested yesterday (December 16) after failing a drug test while on the road.
Thames Valley Police (TVP) Roads Policing stopped the vehicle, and after carrying out checks found he had also been driving without insurance.

TVP Roads Policing announced on Twitter that the man had been taken into custody.
The tweet reads: "Driver stopped in #Reading this morning.
"Checks confirmed he was driving without insurance and then failed a drug wipe.
